Payment Options
Initial Payment (70% of the Total Cost)
For your initial 70% payment, the most cost-effective and straightforward option is cash, following this secure and patient-friendly process:
- Private Pickup in Yuma or at the Airport:
For your safety and comfort, you will be picked up and transported directly to the clinic without public exposure. - Obtain a Check in Your Name:
Before traveling, request a cashier’s check, money order, or personal check made to your own name from Chase, Wells Fargo, or Bank of America, in the amount specified in your contract. - Cash the Check in Yuma:
Once you meet with Dr. Moguel and agree to proceed (or prior to arriving at the clinic), you will be driven to a local branch in Yuma to cash your check, money order, or cashier’s check.
Return to the Clinic and Pay in Cash:
After cashing the check, you will be brought back to the clinic to complete the payment in cash.
Why is This the Best Option?
- Avoid the 6% processing fee required for card payments, wire transfers, or PayPal.
- Avoid banking delays: checks made out to Dr. Moguel may be held by the bank for 8 to 15 business days.
- Ensure immediate confirmation of payment, allowing us to begin your treatment without administrative delays.
If you prefer to pay via bank wire or direct deposit, please ensure the payment is completed at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Payment by Credit or Debit Card

Important: Payments made via credit/debit card, check, wire transfer, or cashier’s check are subject to a 6% processing fee.

Zelle
Zelle is a convenient payment platform built into most U.S. banking apps, allowing you to transfer money instantly, securely, and without any fees directly from your bank account.
To use Zelle, simply access your bank’s app or online portal and send money using the recipient’s email address or mobile phone number. There’s no need to download any additional app or provide sensitive bank details.
Most transfers are completed within minutes.
Important: If this is your first time using Zelle or if you plan to send more than $500 USD, we recommend contacting your bank to increase your daily transfer limit before proceeding. This will help avoid any delays or failed transactions.
PayPal via Secure Payment Link
For your convenience, we also offer the option to make your deposit through PayPal using a secure and personalized payment link. This method is ideal if you prefer a fast, protected digital transaction without having to share your card details directly.
Once you choose this option, our Patient Coordinator, Leonardo Chavez, will send you a unique payment link that you can use to complete your deposit from any device. After the payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation within 5 minutes.
